Rhythm and Melody of Electronic Tabla

I saw this documentary volume called “The History of Rock” and I was like very much thrilled to know more about the music scene of the past years and at present. But it comes to me that I should also learn to play music myself and not just be a mere spectator. I am looking for a piece of electronic tabla in the market. I like to learn that kind of instrument indeed. And I cannot learn about tabla if I don’t have the instrument itself and experiment on its rhythm and melody.
