I know that this is a bit late or something but then he laid out something that I have not considered before. He told me that he is just love retiring in Mexico. He knows that I still have no plans yet regarding that which is why he called me. He told me that retiring in Mexico is something that I will really love. He himself can attest that retiring in Mexico is the best option. Maybe, it is, for he will never be staying there for so long if that is not the case.
