Start Mortgage Loan Modification Early

They leave everything until the last minute and then work really hard to accomplish something. This is not the type of person you want to be if you are facing a foreclosure. Starting the mortgage loan modification process early is usually the best way to get a bank to negotiate with you. Waiting until the day before the home goes back to the bank will not cut it.
