Dr Oz diet

In TV I saw Dr Oz’s interview and I was shocked to see that he his giving meals recipes to lose weight. I wrote them all but I was surprised to see meals made up of acai berries. At most you can make acai berry shakes but how could you make meals of acai berries. So I tried to make that meal the same day and to my amazement, it tasted really well. I had it daily and saw that I lost almost 5 kilograms in 5 months. I would suggest you people to try it out as Dr Oz diet really works.
