Filing A Disability Insurance Claim

When my husband was stricken with diabetes and the illness has progressed and made it difficult for him to work, he decided to file a disability insurance claim.  He had purchased a disability insurance policy years back and he decided now is the right time to file his claim.  He was severely disappointed when his disability insurance claim has been denied on the basis of a mere technicality that he does not understand.
