Have you ever heard of a sciatica pregnancy? It is caused by the sciatic nerve being squeezed by the growing baby. It is very painful for the already uncomfortable mom-to-be. Once you get this problem, there are a few things you can do to relieve the discomfort. Massages and the chiropractor may help. Your best idea is to try and be as healthy as you can before you become pregnant. I joined a fitness center to strengthen my muscles. I also worked on my posture and tried to maintain a good diet. Of course, who can resist those occasional cravings? I managed to avoid this complication in my pregnancy. I hope for the same for you.
