How To Do Facial Exercises

A very simple exercise, however, many of us just simply forget to do them. They would be the daily facial exercises to tone and firm the skin of our face. Unlike other muscles the facial muscles are directly attached to the skin on your face and therefore take longer to tone and firm. A very simple beginner exercise is for the eyes. You would partially wink one eye at a time and hold that wink for a second and then do the other. Just repeat this exercise 50 times on each eye to notice a remarkable difference over about a month.
