Maintaining a Sleek And Strong Body

My husband and I had been planning a trip to the tropics, and we both wanted to get in shape so that we would look and feel good in our bathing suits. We joined a gym and started working out together, but we weren’t seeing the results that we wanted. We had each dropped a few pounds, but neither one of us had increased our muscle mass, so we started doing fitness strength training to really tone up. We both started feeling stronger immediately, and soon we noticed that we were both looking sleek and strong. Our vacation was great, and we are going to maintain these new bodies of ours!
