Natural Tips I Followed to Relieve My Joint Pain

Upon consulting with a friend for Effective Joint Pain Remedies, she offered some valuable advice for me. She said that doing gentle stretches, and rotating ice and heat packs would really help with the inflammation. I also did some research on my own and read the following dietary tips: Adding good fats, Deleting bad fats, Maintaining a healthy weight, and adding the spices of cayenne, ginger, and turmeric when cooking. I followed all of these tips, and saw results immediately. Now I have my life back, and am no longer in pain.
