When I read an article about the many benefits of Oolong tea several months ago, I decided to buy some. Not only does it give your body antioxidants that help control dangerous free radicals, but it has properties that speed the metabolism. Everyone knows when you have a healthy metabolism, its a lot easier to maintain your weight or even loose unwanted pounds. I have been drinking the tea daily for the past four weeks and am starting to lose a little weight each week without even trying. I would keep drinking it even if I hadn’t seen these results because I really like the way it tastes so the weight loss is a bonus.
