The core of the workout

Stomach exercises are the most important in my opinion. This is the core of your body. It extends out to every other part of you and it doesn’t matter how big your arms or legs are, if you’ve got a weak stomach, it’s game over. This should really be the primary focus on any and every exercise program you are about to begin. Developing a strong core will also be the most evident thing to you and will thus encourage a continued fitness plan. So many people quite so early because they get frustrated with not seeing the results they desire as quickly as they would have liked.
