Swimming, playing games and dancing are also some wonderful ways to reduce belly fat. Hence you have a variety of exercises to choose. Whichever you think is suitable for you, choose them and go for it. If you feel bored with doing the same exercise again and again, go for a different one. It is up to you to make it interesting. But all you have to do is sticking on to regularity. Never stop it for any reason.
