Vitamins and minerals to lose tummy fat

But most of us do not know how vitamins and minerals are useful to burn tummy fat. Vitamins and minerals help us to run many of the biochemical reactions in the body. They act as catalysts and speed up the reactions. Thus they speed up our metabolic reactions including the fat metabolism. We should have sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals to lose tummy fat effectively. Deficiency of vitamins and minerals will bring down the metabolic rate of our body and it will make it very difficult to burn the extra fat. Furthermore it also causes more accumulation fat than the usual rate. We can include lots of vegetables and fruits in our diet to prevent vitamin and mineral deficiency.
