I’ve hired in the USA with Budget, but when I travelled to Europe last year I discovered Budget were out there, too. The only problem I found was the way the company is structured and runs independently out there. I was unable to use my usual Budget car rental coupons to save me a bunch of money when travelling outside America, it seems those discounts are only valid in the states now. Though with the changing exchange rates in Europe compared to America, it’s a little cheaper than it used to be to hire out there. At least most of Europe drives on the correct side of the road!
