Best Treadmill Workout For Runners

“Before using the iPod Workout, I used to face a lot of resistance before going for a workout, and when getting on a treadmill I would get bored running for more than 5 mins.  My eyes would always be on the watch… when will it get over?But Yuri’s iPod workout changed everything,  I now look forward to the workouts! I enjoy running, and am able to push myself for longer runs everytime I’m on the treadmill.
