AT&T and the iPhone
July 29, 2009 on 3:00 pm | By admin | In Technology | 3 CommentsMany people say that the iPhone has been the main reason that AT&T despite their shoddy service has been able to stay above the water in this economy. I am inclined to agree since it would appear that AT&T has certainly been among the main jailbreak ipod touch reasons why the iPhone has not done so well. Sure it gets a lot of sales but the phone would have been much more popular had it been a free agent among many competing cell phone carriers. I guess Apple likes the idea of the guranteed paycheck from AT&T if they have eclusivity.
